Choose your division

Player info and jersey size

Sign the digital waiver

Enter your player's name, date of birth, and contact details, then select their jersey size. Sizes run Youth S through Adult XL — pick at signup, no changes after the season opens.

Select the age bracket that fits your player: 7U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, or High School. Each division runs coached, four-quarter games every Sunday.

Review and sign the participant waiver before you submit. It's collected here — nothing to print, nothing to hand over at the gate.

Three roles per team. Yours to claim.

Each team supports up to three volunteers. Roles and expectations are visible at signup — waivers are collected for all three positions before the first game.

Team Manager

Runs practices and manages game-day rotations. Slot 1 of 2 coaching positions. Division-specific guidelines provided after confirmation.

Handles roster communication, schedules, and game-day logistics. One manager per team — a distinct role from the two coaching slots.

Supports the head coach on the sideline and assists with equal-touch rotations. Slot 2 of 2 coaching positions per team.
